The truth is we’re just plain lazy.

According to Statistics Canada 29 percent of Canadians over the age of 20 spend more than two hours a day in front of the TV. Two hours! That’s 14 hours a week at least that can be devoted to exercise and eating healthy.

With lack of time being cited as the biggest reason people have for not exercising it would seem this excuse is a lame one.

Two hours of TV. Really?

Giving up some daily “must see TV” for the sake of our health isn’t much of a sacrifice.

The reality is most of us won’t. The truth is we’re just plain lazy.
