Wanna Feel Like A Superhero?

Remember reading comic books when you were a kid? Maybe you still do today. Who was your favorite hero? Spiderman, Superman, Batman, Wolverine? There are so many. They were all muscular dudes. Even the women were beautifully muscular. Were they born like that?

I remember reading the X-Men and seeing them train in the pictures. Man if they weren’t doing what we do! Climbing ropes and running fast. Lifting heavy objects and doing pull-ups, sit-ups and squats. They were doing CrossFit before there was a CrossFit! Even Batman was doing CrossFit and he didn’t even have any super powers. 

Look at Rich Froning and Annie Thorisdotter. Tell me they don’t look like superheroes. They might not be able to fly, but they can perform some amazing feats of strength and agility. Rich Froning could don a superhero costume and do all right I think. Annie could beIceland’s version of Wonderwoman.

Wanna feel like a superhero? Keep working hard. Nail those workouts and I am sure you will look like a superhero soon. You might even feel like one now. I wonder what kind of superhero I can be like….

Tell me you don’t want to look like Batman? I do!
